Twin Feedgate

The Twin Feedgate System is a system that allows only one side of the hopper that feeds the spinners to be closed. Consequently, it avoids application in areas where the product has already been applied to. In addition to providing fertilizer savings.

Deflector

It directs the product over the spinner disk center to keep an excellent spreading profile. The granulometry of applied fertilizer keeps 75% of grains intact.

It is equipped with one funnel for calibration, spreading, and draining of the product. As a result, it delivers higher precision during applications.

Spinner Disks

The spinner disks are specific for powdered and granulated products that provide a wide metering range. They are so easy to change that even tools are not required for the job.

Hopper

Stainless steel hopper that ensures high resistance and durability. The capacity is 10,000 kg to 24,000 kg.

Load Reducer

It prevents product build-up and keeps product uniformity on the conveyor belt.

Application range

Powdered products reach an application range from 8 to 18 m, while granulated products reach an application range from 10 to 36 m.

Variable Rate

When operating with a variable rate, product metering is automatically adjusted according to the recommendations of the application map imported from the Topper 5500 SL controller.
