Delivering excellent cost-benefit and a great technology package, Imperador 2000 gathers a sprayer and a pneumatic seeder on the same machine. It enables the sprayer to carry out all operations on the same path.
Providing high operating yield and excellent sowing uniformity with a coefficient of variation of up to 10%. The chemical solution tank has a capacity of 2 000 litres with an exclusive design that works as a wave breaker. The seed compartment, on the other hand, has a capacity of 1.5 m³. It is perfect for small seeds, such as oats. The capacity is one ton for this crop.
The Imperador line is the only one in the world with central booms. They ensure more stability during applications and guarantee 58% more of the chemical solution on target. As the booms are central, the machine weight is distributed 50% on the front and 50% on the back to increase the traction capacity. As a consequence, it features the highest capacity on the market, which allows the machine to operate over bumpy terrains.
As an optional feature, Imperador 2000 delivers the Smart 4-Wheel-Steering System, which allows for a 42% shorter turning radius than conventional systems. As a result, it reduces by up to 45% the crop damage in boundary areas and during steering procedures in the crop field. Additionally, there’s the optional Ponte Verde System. It provides sowing along the length of the spray boom efficiently and precisely. This process follows the same spraying path, which reduces operating time, fuel consumption, and crop damage.
Another optional feature is the Nozzle-by-Nozzle Control System. It shuts off the spray nozzle when Topper 5500 identifies an area where the chemical solution has already been applied to prevent overlap and product waste. The system delivers chemical savings of up to 5%. The technology counts with the Continuous Recirculating System. It keeps the chemical solution constantly moving in the tank and piping to provide homogeneity and the exact content of chemicals during applications.
Also, Imperador adds Conecta, the agile Stara after-sales straight to your machine cabin. Not to mention Telemetria Stara, which enables you to manage your farm in real time. In addition, there’s the optional feature Syncro, a system for data transmission via radio that allows synchronized communication between the machines.
