On July 18th, Stara employees who work on the night shift were invited for the Breakfast with the Board, a moment when they may be closer to the company directors, share information and be closer to their co-workers as well.
The employees were welcomed by the CEO, Gilson Trennepohl, the vice-president, Átila Trennepohl, the manufacturing director, Lucas Arend, the R&D director, Cristiano Buss, the Stara Financeira director, Cícero Ferreira, the manufacturing manager, Jorge Schwaab, and the HR manager, Volmir Amann. The directors presented an overview of the activities of Stara in the first semester and perspectives for the rest of the year, highlighting the importance of each employee at the development of the company.
The Breakfast with the Board is held every month, gathering employees of all sectors of the company.
