Stara gathers three functions on a single machine, Imperador 3.0 It is the only self-propelled machine in the world that sprays, spreads, and carries out pneumatic seeding to ensure management efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Imperador 3.0 delivers 31.7% of ramp capacity, the highest of its category. As a result, it provides operations over bumpy terrains. Additionally, * the Smart 4-Wheel-Steering System* enables a turning radius 42% shorter than conventional systems. As a consequence, it reduces crop damage by up to 45% over boundaries and fewer steering procedures on your crop field.

Imperador 3.0 features the Up & Down – Hydraulic Lift System* as an optional feature. It allows you to increase the machine ground clearance by 40 cm – from 1.43 m to 1.83 m when the system is activated through Topper 5500.

Spraying system

The Imperador lineup is the only one in the world with central booms. They ensure more stability during applications, and guarantee 58% more chemical solution on target. The chemical solution tank has a capacity of 2 400 litres with an exclusive design that works as a wave breaker. In addition to the hydraulic chemical solution agitator*, the machine is also equipped with a propeller, which guarantees better chemical solution homogeneity for high-quality applications.

The sprayer is also equipped with the Continuous Recirculating System*. It keeps the chemical solution constantly moving in the tank and piping (along the length of the spray booms too) to provide homogeneity and the exact content of chemicals during applications.

Another optional feature is the Nozzle-by-Nozzle Control System*. It shuts off the spray nozzle when Topper 5500 identifies an area where the chemical solution has already been applied to prevent overlap and product waste. The system delivers chemical savings of up to 5%.

Spreading system

The stainless steel hopper for fertilizer is resistant to corrosion and with a capacity of 3000 kg. The Twin Feedgate System* allows for the closing of only one side of the hopper, avoiding product application in the areas that have already received the product. As a result, there are fertilizer savings of up to 2.58%.

By means of Topper 5500, Imperador 3.0 performs applications with fixed or variable rates. The greatest advantage of variable rate is application precision, which is indicated by the metering prescription maps. Only the required amount is applied for each area, resulting in fertilizer savings and boosting productivity.

It delivers excellent spreading quality. Its coefficient of variation is 12% (it may vary according to the product type and weather conditions).

Pneumatic seeding system

Imperador 3.0 provides great sowing uniformity. The coefficient of variation is 10% maximum (it may vary according to the seed type and weather conditions). Additionally, there’s the optional Ponte Verde System. It provides sowing along the length of the spray boom efficiently and precisely. This process follows the same spraying path, which reduces operating time, fuel consumption, and crop damage. Its operating yield is 40 ha/h, depending on the sowing rate.

Package of technologies

Imperador 3.0 adds a bunch of technologies, such as Telemetria Stara, which helps you out with the farm management. Conecta, the Stara agile after-sales at no cost.  Additionally, there’s Syncro, an optional feature for data transmission system via radio that allows the synchronized communication between the machines.
