The farmer is always looking for machines and technologies that perform operations efficiently and with higher operating yield. For this reason, Stara developed a variety of products, among them the Imperador line, self-propelled sprayers with high technology to perform applications with excellent precision and economy.
One of them is Imperador 3.0, the only 3-in-1 self-propelled machine in the world that gathers central booms, a spreader and a pneumatic seeder. This machine performs three operations at different times by following the same path. All of it ensures efficient management and reduces operating costs.
While Imperador 2000, in addition to being a sprayer, is a pneumatic seeder that delivers higher chemical economy and uniform seeding. To accomplish that, it features a tank that provides both functions.
On the other hand, Imperador 3000 and 4000 are equipped with the Up & Down – Hydraulic Lift System, a feature that allows for higher application height – 3 meters, and higher ground clearance available on the market – 2 meters. This system allows the machine to spray even on the corn tasselling stage. Additionally, its hydraulic system is optimized and delivers a fuel economy of up to 2.5%.
The Ponte Verde System
Imperador 3.0 and Imperador 2000 are equipped with an optional feature: the exclusive Ponte Verde System, which provides the seeding of cover crops along the entire width of the booms and ensuring cover with higher uniformity and reducing fuel consumption and operating time. This system adds an excellent coefficient of variation, 10% maximum, with high operating yield of 40 ha/h.
The Nozzle-by-Nozzle Control System
The Nozzle-by-Nozzle Control System, an optional feature of the Imperador line, shuts off the spray nozzle automatically when the Topper controller identifies an area where the chemical solution has already been applied. It prevents overlap and provides up to 5% on chemical savings.
The Twin Row Spraying System
Another optional feature is the Twin Row Spraying System. The system is equipped with two rows of spray tips that allow applications with a wide operating speed range to increase the operating yield. These rows can operate either alternated or together. As they perform applications with ideal pressure, they ensure excellent application quality by keeping the drop size uniform and avoid drift.
Central booms
The Imperador line is the only one in the world with central booms. This ensures more stability during applications and guarantee 58% more of the chemical solution on target. The data is provided by FAPA (Portuguese acronym, which stands for Agrarian Foundation of Agricultural Research).
The Imperador line delivers optimum cost-benefit ratio. Thereby, it allows the machine to perform more than one function efficiently and with operating yield. Do you want to learn more about Imperador line? Click here and check it out.
