The development of its employees is one of the underlying principles of Stara. To demonstrate the company recognition for their dedication in the year 2015, Stara delivered basic food and cleaning products baskets on December 14th.
Once again, on January 15th, the company made donation of basic food baskets for its employees. According to the Stara’s CEO Gilson Trennepohl, seeing the joy of the employees is something priceless. “Every day we read on the news that prices of everything is rising, especially food, something so essential to everyone. To be able for donating, to give this gift to our employees is very rewarding. It is a small sign of appreciation for the dedication of all from the Stara family”, says Gilson.
Employees expressed his joy: “It is an incentive that the company gives us, a recognition for the job we do day to day. I feel very proud to work at Stara, a company that cares about the welfare of each of us, employees. These baskets help a lot in our household budget”, said Katiane Visoto. The employees of the engineering gave a special thanks to the company management. In a picture of the sector’s employees they wrote: “We have to express our heartfelt feelings of gratitude to the direction of Stara, once again demonstrates how much values its employees and prioritizes the welfare of all Stara family. And this is the feeling that makes all the difference.”
