Stara Family celebrates one more accomplishment. The company is among the 10 best companies to work for in the Rio Grande do Sul, according to Great Place to Work (GPTW). The result was published last Wednesday, December 15^th, during an online award.

For the Human Resources manager, Volmir Amann, this acknowledgement is a consequence of the actions carried out in the last years. “We are very happy to once again be among the 10 best companies to work for in the Rio Grande do Sul. As we constantly evolve our products and services, we also keep looking for constant improvements for the well-being and life quality of our employees, he highlights.

GPTW is an annual survey conducted in 109 countries and aims to evaluate employee satisfaction by creating reports that help the companies to make improvements.

The survey was carried out at the headquarters in Não-Me-Toque and branches in Carazinho and Santa Rosa from July 12^th to 30^th, 2021. 94% of employees participated.
