The best after-sales service cannot be without the Department of Parts and so on.” Edson also said that the customer usually buys influenced by enchanting and indication. On the other hand, customer loyalty is a consequence of the brand’s excellency and the assistance it can provide.
The Department of Parts manager, Filipe Flores Quincoses, explained that by gathering both departments and especially the managers in this event, there are good results since the departments are two key parts for direct sales. “We are certain that the customer is the center of our business. We’re confident we can have even more customer satisfaction if these two departments are aligned with the factory. Innovation is in Stara’s DNA. The work done during those three days was of great importance because we were able to bring the necessary tools to execute excellent work,” said the manager.
