The amazing circus and the Christmas magic highlighted the traditional Stara Christmas party for kids last December 11th. An event especially prepared for the employees’ kids with plenty of toys, shows and fun.
For the employees from the Não Me Toque and Carazinho units, the party was thrown at the Campo do Colorado (Colorado soccer pitch). Dinosaurs, ballerinas, jugglers and clowns from the Circo dos Dinossauros (Dinosaur Circus) fascinated the kids. Dozens of toys made them happy and yummy snacks.
The most expected moment of the party was the arrival of Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and the elves. Everybody was looking forward to receiving the gifts. The couple Alexandre Possa and Aline Dillenburg brought their little guy Gabriel, who is ten months old, to the party. “The event is so important. It is a time to enjoy, to have some fun. It is so rewarding to bring a kid as a dad”, says Alexandre, who has been working at Stara for 13 years. The mommy Aline, who has been working at the company for 9 years, also thinks the party is a great event: “It indeed shows the company is concerned about being a family”.
The employee Rogério Foletto Alt, who has been working for 1 year at Stara, highlighted how happy his 4-year-old son was during the Christmas party: “It is such a nice event. It is entertainment for the end of the year. It’s a different moment, a really special family moment”.
The employee Vanessa do Carmo Possenato has been working at the company for 10 years, and this is the first year she brought her 2-year-old daughter Dandara to the Christmas party. “So nice”! It is wonderful. My child just loved it and loved the toys”.
For the Santa Rosa unit employees, the party was thrown in the SESI unit (SESI is the Brazilian Industrial Social Services). Additionally, last Friday, December 10th, Stara provided the Circo dos Dinossauros show for the school students from Não Me Toque.
Providing unique moments like this is a way Stara has found to thank the employees and community for all their dedication and work.
