To thank the employees for the work and dedication during 2021, Stara gave gifts to its more than 3,600 employees. Everyone received food parcels and to complete the meal, a Christmas chicken and a bottle of soda was given too. The gifts were provided to the employees from the units of the town of Não Me Toque/RS, Carazinho/RS, Santa Rosa/RS and Stara in Argentina.
Additionally, during the collective meeting on December 23rd, the company directors announced an additional R$ 500 in the meal card, which was paid on December 30th. Another good news was the announcement of the advance of 6% of the annual agreement for February 2022.
For employees whose kids are from 6 to 14 years old, they will be given a school kit for education encouragement. More than 1,000 kids will receive the kit at the beginning of 2022.
The directors also said who were the winners for Constant Evolution Groups, a program that develops projects to improve the manufacturing process. Additionally, 206 employees who have been working in the company for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years were honored.
To finish, the Stara CEO, Átila Stapelbroek Trennepohl, thanked all the employees and analyzed the year 2021. “It was a year that will be remembered, with plenty of development and growth. We will reap the rewards in the new year of 2022”, he highlights.
