A festive and exciting evening, this is the best way to summarize the evening of October 27th, when Stara gathered 104 employees to receive the honors on the years of work and dedication to the company.
The Jubilee Dinner was held at the company restaurant, where the honorees and their family members could celebrate. Employees with 10, 15, 20, 25 and 35 years of work at the company were honored at that moment and received the gratitude of the company directors. With a lookback of Stara history, each honoree was called to the stage to receive the honors. Seventy one employees with 10 years of work, 21 with 15 years, 6 with 20 years and 5 with 25 years of dedication to Stara were honored. In addition, the great honoree of the evening, Gilberto Edvino Schmatz, an employee with 35 years of Stara, received the honors. Gilberto is the example of simplicity, dedication and fellowship, and his colleagues of the welding sector, where he has been working since he started his career at Stara, really admire him. Since then, several products have gone through his hands and they were made with a lot of caring, “so that the client feels satisfied in the field when receiving the machine”, claims the employee.

This is an extremely happy moment when we can celebrate all these years of work with you, such as Gilberto with his 35 years of Stara. There is no way not to get touched seeing the smiles on the faces of each one of you. We are really proud of having you in our family, Stara family”, says Gilson Trennepohl, Stara CEO, filled with emotion, while thanking the honorees.
Each honoree received a plaque and a shopping voucher as a gift. After the ceremony, dinner was served and the evening went on with a lot of music and fun.
