For this reason, Stara has developed the Continuous Recirculating System. This feature is found in the whole line of Imperador self-propelled sprayers. The system ensures the constant circulation of the chemical solution through the entire spraying circuit, from the chemical solution tank to the boom breakaway ends. In addition, it provides numerous advantages during and after applications.
When the operator turns the spray pump on, the Continuous Recirculating System starts working and making the chemical solution move from the chemical solution tank to the filters and finally reach the spray booms and return to the tank. During applications, the amount that was not applied by the spray nozzles returns to the spray tank. This process guarantees a homogeneous chemical solution and ensures the proper chemical content from the beginning to the end of the application.
