July 18th was a day full of positivity. More than 240 customers who participated in the Pre-Purchase Financing Pool visited Stara. The manager of the Dealership Network and Stara Pre-Purchase Financing Pool, Cristiano Bettio said the following: “It was the first event for the customers who participated in the Pre-Purchase Financing Pool. We were given positive feedback as much for the event structure and the team reception as for the activities conducted during the day. The customers were impressed and felt safe to make the investment.”
The event was an initiative to get close to the customers who took part in the Pre-Purchase Financing Pool and enabled them to see for themselves the structure and the whole manufacturing line of the machines. Cristiano enthusiastically talks about the initiative and acceptance of the customers: “The largest group of the Pre-Purchase Financing Pool was launched at the beginning of the year with 240 participants. All customers that acquired a quota were granted a trip to meet the Stara factories. We are so glad the customers accepted. They did engage in it and got encouraged.”
In the morning, the visitors were taken to see the factory in the city of Carazinho. There, they learned all about the manufacturing process and saw the Stara unit structure. Then, they were welcomed in the headquarters in the town of Não- Me-Toque. They saw a presentation about the Stara history and evolution . Next, they attended the lecture given by Professor José Luiz Tejon, who talked about the agribusiness, innovation and technologies.
In the afternoon, the customers visited the factory buildings. They saw all the processes and company structures to manufacture its line of agricultural machines and implements. Additionally, they followed a demo of the Stara machines. During the event, the Stara CEO, Átila Stapelbroek Trennepohl, attended to share the joy with the customers.
