Stara was one of the invited companies to participate of the 1º Fórum de Inovação, Tecnologia e Educação do Alto Jacuí, performed on June 21 to 23 by the Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Sul), in Ibirubá, Rio Grande do Sul. The research and development director from Stara, Cristiano Buss, performed a presentation with the subject “Digital Transformation: deliver experiences”, where he talk about how Stara managed to break the cultural barrier by developing its own technology, becoming reference in the subject. Around 700 people participated, between academics, farmers and general public. “The participation of Stara was fundamental for the event to reach the success that it had. By being one of the most innovative and technological companies in the agricultural area, the delivery of experiences for the public was of the high importance for the participants to understand what is happening  in the world in relative to technology. Another important factor, was the demonstration of the equipment produced here in our region an exported around the world, this strengthen even more the potential of the region in the production of technologies, what motivated the participants. The Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul campus Ibirubá is very thankful to Stara by the support in performing the event”, says Professor Ronaldo Serpa da Rosa, event coordinator.

At the opportunity, also was demonstrated the Imperador 3.0, new release from Stara, one of the most innovative machines from the brand, with own technology, as a good example of digital transformation. The Imperador 3.0 is the only self-propelled sprayer with dual functions, sprayer and spreader.
