On April 19th Stara opened its doors to welcome a group of about 100 farmers from the states of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul and from Paraguay as well.
In the morning, the visitors got to know the Casting Sector of Stara, in Carazinho, and afterwards, the head office in Não-Me-Toque, where they attended a presentation about the history of Stara, the manufacturing unit and the machinery and technology of the company. Late in the afternoon, the commercial director, Márcio Fülber, showed the producers some activities that Stara has been doing to maintain its growth, as well as the development of the employees and the community it belongs to.
“It is always a very happy moment when we receive the visit of farmers in our company. The farmers have a very beautiful and important profession, because everybody needs food every day”, said Fernando Stapelbroek Trennepohl, a member of the fourth generation of the family that manages Stara and represented the family with the vice-president Susana Stapelbroek Trennepohl.
Farmer Leonildo Bares, from Sinop, acknowledged the reception at Stara. “We spent a very special day at Stara and we are very happy to know that we have, in Brazil, a company that is concerned with the development of the agriculture, that seeks to provide the farmers with innovations that help increase the productivity and make a sustainable agriculture”, said the farmer who attended the event at the invitation of dealer Tratormax.
In the evening, the guests celebrated with the dealers and employees of the company, with some music of Stara band.
