On September 9, the director-president of Stara, Gilson Trennepohl, was one of the invited panelists in the 12nd Congress of the Federasul – Federation of Commercial Associations and Services of the Rio Grande do Sul, performed in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul. With the theme “How a company from a small city of RS won the world”, Gilson told a little of the history of 56 years of the Stara, remembering touching moments of the company and highlighting the pursuit for evolution. “It must abuse of the techniques of innovation, identify and share the achievements with the employees and stay focused in the opportunities of business”, said the director-president.
Today the company have 2 subsidiaries, besides the headquarter in Não-Me-Toque, a solid network of dealership and authorized resellers, exporting the machines for 35 countries in the 5 continents. “The emotion that I have in knowing that we won the world is the same of when I pass in the side of our factory and see one of our equipment working in our neighbor”, said Gilson.
The congress continued on September 10, with the participation of important names of the economy of the Rio Grande do Sul.
