On June 20th, Stara received around 100 customers with joy and positivity for the Wonderful Day. The customers from Uruguay and Paraguay enjoyed a special day to meet the Stara factories and see for themselves its machines and technologies.
In the morning, the visitors were taken to see the factory in the city of Carazinho. There, they learned all about the manufacturing process and saw the unit structure. Then, they were welcome in the headquarters in the town of Não- Me-Toque. They saw a presentation about Stara’s history and evolution.
In the afternoon, the customers visited the factory buildings. They saw all the company structure to manufacture its line of agricultural machines and implements. Additionally, they watched a presentation on the Stara machines. A special highlight to the greatest launching of the year, the Estrela planter.
Having this in mind, the customer Elias Herman, who lives in the town of San Cristóbal, in Paraguay, came prepared to see Estrela closely. “I liked the machines show very much. Estrela gets all the attention due to its technology. It is indeed a comprehensive planter. Elias, who already is Stara’s customer, visited the company for the first time. “I had no idea how huge the factory was. We were treated very well. The event was nice. I recommend Stara,” he highlights.
The brothers Jean Lucas Meurer de Souza and Ryan Carlos Meurer de Souza, who came from the town of San Alberto in Paraguay, were amazed by the Stara’s structure. “I hadn’t met the factory. I had heard good things about it, but seeing it personally, it absolutely overcame my expectations. The factory is impressive. It was really nice to follow all the manufacturing process, the automation process, and the technology applied”, he said.
According to the brothers, the family has been Stara’s customers for over 20 years. They took the opportunity to acquire a planter, Princesa. To Jean Lucas, the most attractive feature of the planter was the technology package. “It is equipped with a variable rate system, as much for seeds as for fertilizer. Not to mention the Row-by-Row Shut-Off System. It is a planter ahead of its time indeed.” He mentioned that they own a Hércules spreader.
The couple, Karina Pasodo de Becker and Eduardo Luiz Becker Hartmann of the town of Puerto Adela in Paraguay, happily reported their visit to Stara. “In 2017, we were here to a couple reunion. Today, we were so impressed to see how everything looked so different. The factory has expanded a lot. We were delighted to be here, and we will come back for sure,” she said. Eduardo highlighted: “Stara provides technology innovation. The motto couldn’t have been different: constant evolution”.
The Stara Export Manager, Jean Sébastien François Salaud, emphasizes the importance of the event for customers. “It is important to show our home to the end customer, the factory, structure, technologies, and the people who are behind the Stara processes. It is a way to show our launching products closely, such as Estrela and all processes carried out here, from the development of the machines to the delivery in the customer’s field,” he highlights.
The event finished with a warm celebration dinner. The Stara band entertained the evening. Stara is thankful to every customer who trusts, believes in the strength of agribusiness, and seeks constant evolution and innovation. After all, none of us is as good at all as we all together are.”
